What we collect
When you request a quote, book work, or contact us, we may collect:
- your name
- your phone number and email address
- your postcode or address
- your vehicle make, model and registration
- photographs of your vehicle that you send us
- details of the work you are asking about
- payment records and invoices
We do not collect any special category data, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We will never use a photograph of your vehicle in our marketing, on our website or on social media without asking you first. Where you agree, we will not publish your registration plate. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only with:
- our website and email providers, who host the systems we use
- our payment provider, where you pay by card
- our accountant, for bookkeeping and tax
- insurers or legal advisers, where a claim or dispute arises
- anyone we are legally required to share it with
How long we keep it
- Quote enquiries that do not become jobs: 12 months
- Job records, photographs and invoices: 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year, to meet HMRC and Companies Act requirements and to cover the guarantee period
- Marketing consents: until you withdraw them
Where it is held
Your information is held within the UK or the European Economic Area. Where any provider we use processes data outside that area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we do not need to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- transfer it to another provider
- stop using it for marketing
